Continuing the success of VESAF scholarship program in the academic year 2022-2023, on July 26, 2023, Hears for Hue visited Xuan Loc Primary School and Vinh Phu Secondary School to carry out the study-evaluating sessions of the scholarship program. Accordingly, the assessment would be a premise for selecting poor students who are eligible to receive the scholarship in the academic year 2023-2024.
Since 2018, in partnership with Hearts For Hue, VESAF, NFP has provided merit-based scholarships for underprivileged students to improve access to education. In the academic year 2022 – 2023, VESAF has supported 160 students from Xuan Loc Primary School, Vinh Phu Secondary School, Ha Trung High School, and 76 students from Hue and Danang University.
With these evaluation sessions, Hearts for Hue carried out the assessment of 90 poor students at Xuan Loc Primary School and 40 poor students at Vinh Phu Secondary School. On August – September 2023, Hearts for Hue will continue the evaluation session for other students at other schools.
