VIETBAY TEENS: THE CHICKEN DISTRIBUTION BRINGS HOPE TO DISABILITY FAMILIES

On October 4th, the “Chicken Raising for People with Disabilities” project in Quang Phu commune, sponsored by Vietbay Teens, reached a significant milestone. This initiative aims to empower 10 families with disabilities by providing them with the means to improve their income and quality of life.

Each participating family received a flock of 50 fully-vaccinated, 21-day-old chickens, along with essential supplies like feed, a waterer, a poultry feeder, and medicine. Prior to receiving the chickens, the families underwent training on proper handling and care, ensuring they were well-equipped to raise their new feathered friends.

After that, Hearts for Hue visited one family and saw that the arrival of the chickens brought newfound hope and excitement to their household.

With the generous sponsorship of Vietbay Teens, Hearts for Hue believes this project offers a transformative opportunity for these families. By providing them with the tools and knowledge they need, the program aims to foster independence and restore a sense of hope.

Hearts for Hue extends its sincere gratitude to Vietbay Teens for their invaluable support in enhancing the lives of families in need. Their contributions have made a significant impact, and Hearts for Hue appreciates their partnership in this meaningful endeavor. Together, we are empowering individuals with disabilities and creating a more equitable and inclusive community.
