The DOVE Fund’s Projects have brought about the highest efficiency to the living standard of patients in the Social Protection Center in Thua Thien Hue Province.
DOVE Fund is an International Non-Governmental Organization licensed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam with work permission No. 114/CNV-HĐ. The DOVE Fund has been implementing various humanitarian: Educational Support, Clean Water Supply, Health Care.
Since 2014, The Dove Fund, through Hearts For Hue, has sponsored a range of programs that improve the spiritual and material life of mental illness patients in the Social Protection Center. In particular, the chicken raising program can be considered as a striking program. The program provided the chicken coop system, training on raising techniques as well as 200 baby chicks for over 100 patients. Up to now, the number of chickens has been increasing by a thousand of chickens year by year. It contributed to creating a workplace for 100 patients through chicken raising program. This working therapy plays an important role in the treatment pathway. Additionally, the duck, goat raising and vegetable planting projects are still developing well.
