The “Ngày Mai Scholarships” have been founded thanks to the donations of several Spanish donors organized by our Spanish volunteer Mr. Agustin.
This is the first year that the “Ngay Mai Scholarships” have been distributed among children of Vinh Phu and Huế City, and donors have expressed to Hearts For Hue their wish to continue to support children in the coming years creating a lasting commitment with the children of Thua Thien Hue.
At the ceremony, Mr Khanh – Chairman of Hearts For Hue encouraged the students to overcome the difficulties in their life and keep studying to achieve a good result.
Mr Ho Van Nhat – Chairman of Vinh Phu People’s Committee emphasized that each scholarship is an enormous present for the disadvantaged students. On behalf of the local authorities , Mr Nhat expressed his gratitude to all the donors for their contribution to the local community, especially in the education of underprivileged children. All the students and their families were very happy and grateful for the “Ngay Mai Scholarships” they have received.
Hearts For Hue hopes that the scholarship will bring a brighter tomorrow for the underprivileged children. We would like to express our deep gratitude to Mr Agustin and his friends in Spain for giving such a relevant support to our communities and to the people of Hue Province.
