Hearts for Hue are delighted to cooperate with D.O.V.E Fund to carry out the Project “Eye-care outreach program for primary and secondary school students in Nam Dong District, Thua Thien Hue Province” from October 2023 to the early 2024.
The Project aims to improve eye screening capacity for grassroots doctors at Commune Health Centers (CHC) and school medical officers, screen and examine refraction issues for over 4000 schoolchildren in 14 primary and secondary schools, provide glasses for 300 schoolchildren with refraction issues in local, and provide medical treatment for children with eye diseases in Nam Dong District.
With the support from D.O.V.E Fund, Hearts for Hue believe that the project would improve Eye-care outreach program in Nam Dong and the quality of learning for the children.
