Hearts for Hue have built up a long-lasting partnership with PiCCA (Aus) since 2018. PiCCA (Partners in International Collaborative Community Aid Ltd.) pools donations of money, time and expertise to assist communities overseas work towards greater equity, opportunity, justice and peace.
At the moments, Hearts for Hue is very delighted to inform that PiCCA has approved the grants AU$ 24.000 to our project “PROMOTING HYGIENE AND SANITATION AWARENESS THROUGH HANDWASHING STATION CONSTRUCTION”
The aim of the project is:
– To enhance student’s awareness on hygiene practices
– To increase student’s access to the handwashing station
The main activities that will be undertaken:
– Provide training of trainer for teachers on hygiene
– Providing training on personal hygiene topic for students
– Provide financial support the construction materials for 10 schools
– Provide bars of soap to students
The project will be expected to implement in September 2021 and complete in May 2022.
