Located 15 Km from Hue Centre, Huong xuan is one of the poor wards of HuongTra town of Thua Thien Hue Province with the population of 12,600 inhabitants in 2100 households. In 2011 with the support of DOVE Fund, Hearts For Hue in collaboration with the people committee of Huong xuan started the construction of a daycare center named Tay Xuan with 2 classrooms, one kitchen and toilet system to serve the education for 80 children aged from 3-5 years old in Huong Xuan.
Hearts For Hue is very pleased to announce that the PiCCA (AUS) has approved the project “ Promoting the hygiene and sanitation in Quang Nham Commune”.”
It is about 75 km far from the center of Hue city, Quang Nham is a mountainous commune of A Luoi district, with the population of 4.525 people in 1.225 households. The main ethnics are TaOi, and Paco, made up 97% of the population.
